OVERVIEW

Generating investor interest

Located in Toronto’s King West district, The Well will emerge as a new hub in the city’s downtown area, accommodating 11,000 people daily for living and working. The developers aimed to create awareness and attract investors at a major retail convention in Las Vegas. I was part of a design team that developed a brochure, pocket folder, and website to effectively convey their story and generate investor interest.

GOALS

Visually stunning & informative

Targeted towards Retail Investors, Corporate Leasing agents, Condo buyers, and Media and City officials, the goal was to create visually stunning and informative designs that would draw in the target audience. All of the pieces had to clearly communicate The Well’s vision, while standing out among the many other development projects vying for the audience’s attention.

RESULTS

Simple & unified

An outdoor Community Market was created in the neighbourhood (pre-construction) to provide valuable information about the upcoming development to locals. The market provided fresh, local produce and gave visitors a glimpse into the exciting things to come.
