Sisters in the Brotherhood (SIB) teamed up with Scd to revitalize their digital presence to attract new members. The redesign features a bold, user-friendly website design that celebrates women in trades, incorporating streamlined navigation, impactful colours and typography. Prominent calls to action drive engagement, complemented by confident images of women working in trades. SIB empowers women within the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) through training, leadership, advocacy and mentorship, promoting diversity and breaking down barriers to success.
RESULTS
Vibrant use of colour to attract new members
The new design boasts a striking colour palette, bold typography, and an intuitive, highly visual approach focused on recruiting new members. An interactive map enhances user engagement, while streamlined navigation improves accessibility. Eye-catching typography and interactive elements inspire creativity, and the redesigned homepage effectively introduces the Sisterhood to new users.
